The Ministry of the Interior and Administration does not conduct any activities which aim at taking decisions concerning the shape and number of Poviats without knowledge of the citizens and self- government’s authorities. Possible correction of borders, unification of Poviats etc. may only result from a will of the citizens and self- government’s authorities elected by them.
