The Committee session was devoted, among others, to the legislative changes in the field of computerisation of the State and the individual projects currently prepared within the framework of the 7th Priority Axe of the Operational Programme Innovative Economy. In the further part of the meeting, the current state of works on a supraministerial IT project entitled “pl.ID”, included in the State Computerisation Plan.
The current state of works on the Opinion of the Committee on barriers in investment processes in telecommunications was summed up by the President of the Office of Electronic Communications – Ms Anna Streżyńska. She presented the current state of works on the agendas implementing the amendments in legislation covered by the Opinion, supplied to UKE by respective ministries.
Dr Wojciech Wiewiórowski of the Ministry of Interior and Administration presented the assumptions for the draft amendment of the Act of 17 February 2005 on the computerisation of the activity of public entities (Journal of Laws No 64 item 565 with amendments), also taking into account the materials elaborated by the Task Force for the Elimination of Legal and Procedural Barriers in e-Government, acting within the framework of the Committee.
Dariusz Dagiel – the Director of the Computerisation Department of the Ministry of Interior and Administration presented a list of Individual Projects within the framework of the 7th Priority Axe of the Operational Programme Innovative Economy 2007 - 2013. The list of projects whih underwent the second verification was published in the Official Gazette on August 18, and within six months of its publication preliminary agreements for the individual projects are to be signed – as for now, such agreements have been concluded with nine beneficiaries.
The state of works on the ”Pl.ID” project has been presented by its head, Mr Andrzej Matejko of the Centre of Information Projects at the Ministry of Interior and Administration. The project is to be carried out until the end of the year 2013, at present it is worth PLN 370 mln, 85% of which is funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
The next session of the Council of Ministers Committee for Computeriastion and Communications has been scheduled for September 25th 2008.
